Human Resources Trainee Job Description Objective: Support in the development and implementation of activities such as recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits; training and career development; health and safety; labour relations; and HR planning, administration, and organization that are part of the function.
Specific Functions: Recruitment: Participation in recruitment processes Reviewing CVs Coordinating interviews Maintaining communication with candidates Human Resources Planning and Organization: Manage employee files, keeping the personnel database up to date and assisting in the preparation of human resources related documents.
Helping with the onboarding of new employees.
Administration: Updating all the software such as: My People Hub Database for Spain PREVINET Learning Lab LinkedIn Learning Preparation of all the documents to be sent before the newcomer's 1st day (9 documents to be signed by the new employee).
Contracting form for external agency (with all the new employee's data) Ask for a date for initial medical examination Update holiday tool creating the new employee's profile Prepare the documentation for health insurance (SANITAS) RISE instructions to be sent SPOT Program to be sent Holiday tool explanation to be sent Experience: 6 months in a previous HR role as a trainee.
Knowledge: University education in Law, Labour Relations, HR, or Psychology.
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
Languages: English: Fluent Spanish: Native or Fluent French would be a plus Skills: Autonomous person with initiative.
