POSITION NAME:Beauty Consultant Rotator (MultiBrand)ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE / REPORTING:Reports to Retail Supervisor.JOB OBJECTIVES:To advise and sell products from represented brands, aiming to achieve the established objectives for the Point of Sale (POS).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Thoroughly understand the characteristics of brand products.Provide advice and promote product sales.Monitor and achieve sales targets set for each brand.Enhance brand loyalty and consumer awareness.Maintain brand image according to established guidelines (displays, merchandising, point-of-sale materials).Foster good relationships with customers and management.Motivate POS staff through promotions to support Beauty Consultant in sales during the workweek.Weekly reporting to supervisor on competitor actions (special promotions, launches, etc.
).Manage brand stock at POS for optimal turnover and inform corresponding Sales Representative of any stock shortages or issues with testers.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education: Basic education, high school diploma, Beauty Therapy vocational training.
Desirable qualification in Esthetics and/or Makeup.Tools: Proficiency in Office, Lotus Notes.Languages: English or French (depending on location).Experience: Retail sales experience preferred, ideally in the perfume and cosmetics sector.
