Reporting to the Vice-President of Client Services, the Account Director is the main point of contact for the clients and internal stakeholders.
He/she is the day-to-day lead for project management and oversees all aspects of the process, from project initiation to delivery.
He/she is proactive in running campaigns efficiently while providing inspiring leadership to his/her account team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead strategic planning and brainstorms for client web presence and digital initiatives.
Participate in client pitches; deliver accurate and detailed proposals, statements of work, and yearly interactive budgets.
Plan large scale projects to accomplish goals within constraints; oversee that all scheduled tasks, deadlines, and milestones for all stakeholders and resources are being met.
Review the deliverables prepared by the team members to ensure they are properly evaluated and tested to guarantee that the finished product meets requirements, standards, and the highest level of quality.
In coordination with the media and reporting teams, ensure the delivery of accurate and timely reports on all aspects of a project, brand, or initiative.
Be responsible for the performance management of his/her team members, conducting performance evaluations of all direct reports.
Ensure completion of timesheets, vacation, absence requests, and expense reports.
Travel or overtime may be required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in digital production and account management.
Minimum of 3-4 years of team management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, though relevant work experience will be considered.
Effective leadership; ability to inspire and motivate a team to work towards a common goal.
Time management and prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal and social skills; capability to work hand in hand with a cross-functional team.
