Overview: This position provides critical administrative support to the institution's internal stakeholders, such as Program Management, Faculty, Registrar's Office, Administration Dept., Planning, Publishing, Admissions, IT, etc.
Responsibilities: Strong project management skills to provide support on short, medium, and long-term projects related to logistics, planning, and communication with other departments regarding program content such as internships, electives, grade release, and other program administrative matters.Attention to detail to handle sensitive information such as grades, ethics committee matters, and other administrative tasks such as compiling and organizing student data and other program-related information.Proficient in Excel (i.e., capturing and recording important data, using shortcuts and formula functions, sorting and filtering data), a plus.Problem-solving skills to quickly address concerns, queries, and feedback in a constructive and action-oriented manner.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.Team player that enjoys working with others in a collaborative environment, with a pro-active/positive attitude.
