About our Marketing Analytics Team
Our Kiwi.com Marketing Analytics team supports various Marketing areas, helping to ensure they operate efficiently and meet their goals.
This involves a strong focus on evaluating the impact on our global profitability and assessing the return on investment for current marketing activities and uncovering potential areas of opportunity.
Our work is particularly interesting because it analyzes complex data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making.
The insights and strategies developed by our Marketing Analytics team inform marketing decisions that enhance overall profitability and contribute to the sustainable growth of Kiwi.com.
What you will do
You will analyze and report on CRM performance, identifying key drivers and growth opportunities.You will uncover insights and develop hypotheses for testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.You will monitor and assess marketing campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations based on CRM data.You will build and refine models to understand customer behavior, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Recency, Frequency and Monetary value (RFM).You will model business cases for new campaigns and promotions focused on customer acquisition and retention.You will collaborate with stakeholders and the CRM team to create impactful, user-friendly self-service dashboards, align on data strategies, ensure data quality, and implement CRM-driven initiatives.
What you will need
Previous experience in CRM systems and/or e-commerce businesses, with a focus on analyzing customer data to derive actionable insights.Advanced SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills, with proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.Experience working with Data Visualization Tools (we use Looker).Experience in building data models that drive revenue growth and customer loyalty, including developing business cases for promotions to acquire or retain customers.Proven knowledge of CRM platforms such as Exponea (or equivalent) and experience leveraging this data for targeted marketing and customer engagement activities.A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.Curiosity, openness to learning, and strong collaboration skills.Excellent spoken and written English, including the ability to communicate complex results to less data-savvy users.
