Embark on a thrilling journey with Hyatt and gain hands-on experience in some of the most dynamic departments in the hospitality industry.
The pace of the program, which sets a challenging schedule for each Trainee, is based on two phases:
Exposure in various departments of the Rooms DivisionAn intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's agreed area of interest.The training includes both hands-on practical experience as well as opportunities for the Trainee to develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments.
The length of the program is 9-12 months.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time paid Management Internship.
Your schedule will be based on operational needs (may include Saturdays and Sundays).Housing: Please note that housing is not included.Work Authorization: You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or UE.Relevant Career Path: Your studies should be related to the internship and finalized up to 1 year prior to the Internship start.Language Skills: Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is necessary for the role.Passion for Learning: We seek individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.What You'll Love About Us: Career Development: This is an excellent starting point for your professional journey.Vibrant Work Environment: Our team is young, dynamic, and supportive.
