Our team is setting strategic direction for security across Ericsson worldwide.
The purpose of the BCM Global Lead role is to enhance the global work on continuity of business and create a global overview of Ericsson Group business continuity capabilities.
To enhance the proactive and risk-based business continuity capabilities you will work together with key stakeholders to create awareness, engagement, and preparedness.
As BCM Global Lead, you are responsible for lifecycle management for Business Continuity Management at Ericsson Group, meaning that you will maintain and continuously improve business continuity globally.
This role reports to the Head of Governance Operations, Security Governance, Group Security at Ericsson.
What you will do: The BCM Global Lead sets the strategic direction, responsible for the implementation of the global BCM framework and continuously maintain and improve the global BCM implementation across all units of Ericsson.
The role demands stakeholder management and change management skills to steer the BCM framework effectively across global units of Ericsson.
The responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: Lead and coordinate business continuity at Ericsson Group Set requirements and develop processes, methods, templates, and tools, and provide expertise required to support company-wide strategy execution and implementation of the business continuity requirements.
External and internal stakeholder management at all levels of the company Work in close collaboration with other functions, including but not limited to incident and crisis management, to maintain situational awareness regarding requirements, legislations and relevant geopolitical situations affecting or potentially affecting the continuity of Ericsson Group business.
Handshake with global stakeholders including business continuity team, program management and vendors for successful implementation, maintenance and improvement of GRC tool based working of business continuity.
The skills you bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; Master's degree is an advantage Business Continuity expertise and understanding Ability to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, championing and gaining commitment Deep understanding and competence of security management and protection of organization, assets, and customers Documented experience of working in a global organization together with a business and financial understanding ISO22301 expertise, ISO 27000 and ISO 31000 understanding Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills Coordinating and project management skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English Additional Qualifications taken into consideration: IT Security Business Process Knowledge, Group Management Systems.

Change and Improvement Management Skills.
