To this end, we are in continuous learning and managing change.***? What is the job about?**:The **Head of Quality **Engineer will be responsible for managing the Quality Management Systems. You will act as coordinator of the relative aspects of product quality and plan internal audits, support external audits, manage non-conformities and ensure compliance with the organization's procedures.**? What will you do?**:- Contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality/quality technical issues from the business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams.- Perform Quality Inspections as per defined standards, Final Check and Attestation, Stop Points, and out-of-sequence work,
including critical activities (when not delegated).- Ensure Operational Surveillance (people, product, and process).- Provide feedback and coaching to Operations & Support Functions on Quality issues and observations from Operational Surveillance.- Actively participate in process improvements.- Foreign object damage prevention.- Opening / Closure of Non-conformities where appropriate and support to the shop floor providing expertise in Q issues.- Carrying out Predictive Quality activities and Coaching operations.- Audit our systems based on ISO 9001/9100 requirements.- Manage internal and external audits (9001,9100).**? What profile are we looking for?**:We need you to be:- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.- Experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, processes, procedures,
and other supporting documentation.- Experience managing a team.- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.- Fluent in written and oral English and Spanish.It will be an added value if you have:- Experience in international projects.- Experience of 5+ years in a supervisory, lead or management role and managing quality projects.- Experience in leading all the quality management aspects of a large regulatory program, including independent verification processes.- Proficient in MS office.- ISO9001/ISO 9100 trained Auditor (Registered Lead Auditor preferred). Internal and External Audit training and practical on-site, technical auditing experience.- Good knowledge and practical experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving Quality Management Systems to the standard BS EN ISO 9001: 2015.- Knowledge in PECAL, Nadcap, POA,
