Your new role
From the upstream framing phases to the industrialization phases, you manage the development of components for the structure of xHEV traction batteries, ensuring the coordination of the various contributing businesses (mechanical architecture, design office, safety, platform, simulation) and suppliers.
You ensure product/process development of the components of the traction battery structure, in accordance with the core competencies rules and the specifications, in compliance with the regulations and propose optimizations.You carry out the upstream framing of the components of the battery structure, by obtaining the requirements from the various stakeholders, within the framework of system engineering.You ensure the robustness of the product/process design, by supporting and coordinating the core competencies involved in the design of the structural components of the batteries.You propose possible technical solutions for arbitration.You pilot the suppliers for the development of the components of the battery structure.You are responsible for carrying out the validations of the components of the battery structure, carried out internally or by suppliers.You are responsible to lead battery structure design review through development phase.You give a core competencies opinion on the project milestones in accordance with the Renault development process.You work on a global scale: with the main suppliers of structural parts.You have a technical scope oriented towards mechanics.This position allows you to have many interactions with different sectors of the Company: design office, mechanical architecture, calculation, security, platform.This position provides a transversal vision of the installation of the battery pack in the vehicle and provides links with the various businesses and contributors to battery development within the company but also outside with strong interactions with the suppliers.What you'll need to succeed
- Master degree generalist, mechanics.
- You have mechanical skills, design, simulation.
- You are rigorous, organized, dynamic, force of proposal.
- You have a good synthesis mindset, you appreciate teamwork and you have the ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment (English spoken and written).
