Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:-          Learn the cocktails on the menu and the list of classic cocktails provided. Understand and know about the products used.-          Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules: use of jiggers at all times, perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension.-          Communicate to the servers and barbacks their needs well in advance.-          Participate in the creation of the cocktail menu.-          Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs, present the cocktails menu and make recommendations.-          Take drinks orders.-          Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.-          Communicate with the Bar Manager for inventory issues, client comments, and general reporting.Role: Bartender M/F - Menorca ExperimentalJob Type: Permanent , Full TimeLocation: Son Bou,Apply for this job now.
