The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024. About the role The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for a?bartender?to join our pre-opening team.?Applicants should strive?for excellence in a fast-paced work environment.?He or she should be able to respond to?guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods.?In addition, the main duties to perform are:
Elaborate signature cocktails and taking initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations.?
Responsibility?for organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar.?
Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage and safety standards.?
Stock, re-stock, and organize the retail items in the?bar?needed.?
Assist with daily inventory and ordering.?
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
What you bring Our ideal?bartender has?passion for providing the best in class service and can connect with guests by creating experiences, memories and demonstrating the finer touches of luxury?service.?This?position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.?The?ability to multi-task is required.?Previous experience in?bartending?is also essential.
Must?have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
