Barista/Cashier (Waltermart Carmona)

Position Overview: The Barista/Cashier plays a key role in delivering the PICKUP COFFEE experience to customers by preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and managing cash transactions accurately. This role requires enthusiasm for coffee culture, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities Beverage Preparation: Create and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages following our established recipes. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide menu guidance, and ensure a positive experience by addressing inquiries and concerns. Cashier Duties: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and balance the cash register at the end of your shift. Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, assist in inventory management, and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work with fellow team members to achieve sales goals and support new hires through on-the-job training. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.
