We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager who is fluent in Spanish and has B2-level English to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an Account Manager, you will be a key player in managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the long-term success of the business. This is an on-site position where you will work directly with clients to address their needs and deliver solutions that help their businesses thrive.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure they are happy with the products and services offered, and identify opportunities for further business growth. You will also play an essential role in ensuring that customer expectations are met, assisting with any challenges, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining regular contact, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and by understanding their business objectives and pain points.Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts, offering additional products, services, or solutions that align with client needs.Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and product development to deliver customized solutions to clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial deals for both the client and the company.Provide timely reports, updates, and performance reviews to clients, keeping them informed of product/service performance and any ongoing initiatives.Address and resolve client concerns or issues quickly, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to ensure clients are staying ahead of the curve and receiving the best solutions.Track client account health and customer satisfaction to ensure effective partnerships and identify opportunities for improvement.Achieve retention and growth targets, contributing to company revenue and fostering long-term relationships.Keep accurate and updated records of all client interactions, service requests, and contract details in the CRM system. Profile Requirements: Fluency in Spanish (native) is essential for client communication.Proficiency in English (B2 level) is required to collaborate with international teams and clients.Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships and influence decision-making at all levels.Problem-solving skills, able to think creatively and quickly when addressing client challenges.Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing solutions that create value for clients.Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.A proactive, results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding targets.Willingness and ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain.
