We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Barback to join the IT family in our restaurant IT Ibiza. The main responsibilities of this role include:Take responsibility for the smooth running of the bar while in service, working as a team player at all times and being flexible to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible.Support the management team to help meet the sales targets set for the restaurant.Open/close the bar by following the correct checklists.Ensure the bar and the fridges are sufficiently stocked and ready before, during, and after each service.Clean, polish, and organize glasses in the back of house and bar area.Receive, check, and organize deliveries.Organize/help the bartenders with the Bar Mise-en-place for the opening and during service.Keep a tidy and organized back area with a focus on the closing period.Monitor all fresh, beverage, and equipment stocks; liaise with managers ifthey are running low.Clean the ice machine once a week.Ensure all movement of stock is accounted for.Maintain a positive and high profile during service towards guests and co-workers.Attend trainings.Have full knowledge of Beverage and Food specs/allergens.Control and minimize breakages and wastages.Encourage a helpful and flexible attitude towards other departments.Assist the bartenders and managers with any work-related requests.Maintain high standards of personal appearance, always wearing the full, correct, clean uniform.Comply with all company policies and standards fundamental in maintaining effective performance, communication, and good business reputation.Comply with all Food Hygiene and Fire, Health & Safety regulations, attending any training as required by the Company and adhering to all company policies and legislative requirements.Job Types : Full-time, PermanentSalary : 1,200.00€ - 1,300.00€ per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
