The main objective is to rotate through the Bar, learning the following tasks but much more.
To represent Soho House & Co. and its standards.
Keep constantly all the bars filled for the service.
Support bartenders and baristas during the shift.
Knowing all the preps.
Maintaining a clean and efficient back bar.
Closing & opening procedures.
Working within the orders.
Organize all the storage and keep them organized.
Keep trash area clean.
Polish properly all glassware.
Learning how to do Soho cocktails.
