This stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.About the role:We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Banquets Assistant Manager to join our team!
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for leading the Banquets department operation with passion and creativity; ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.Key Responsibilities:Selection, talent management, and development of our Banqueting team.Working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team in designing the menus and wine lists.Controlling costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control, and cost control measures.Observing and making recommendations for improvement of facilities and equipment.Being visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations, and taking care of special requests.Coordinating set up requirements for hotel and off-site functions with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.Our ideal Banquets Assistant Manager candidate will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
You should have a wealth of Banquets leadership experience in luxury hotels, a desire to focus on the development of our team, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player, and have a highly creative flair.
