Role of Banquet Sous Chef:
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Sous Chef to join our team, reporting directly to the Chef.
Our ideal Sous Chef will:
Provide leadership for the kitchen by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth.Follow the new F&B Guidelines of Four Seasons to create memorable events for our guests.Provide service in a nice, efficient, and professional way following the Standards of the entity related to the hospitality industry under the brand «Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts».Be focused on the development of our team and craftsmanship, bringing your personal touch and adding a creative flair to all our Kitchen experiences.Handle all food and products using correct hygiene and sanitation procedures in accordance with local health regulations.
