As a company committed to diversity and inclusion, we encourage all professionals who meet the job description requirements to apply.Position Overview:The mission of the position consists of the development of the Banking Operations area and operational control, addressing its challenges and ensuring the operations specific to the position in countries like the USA.From the Banking Operations area of the Economic Commercial Services Directorate, we manage all payments to banking entities instructed by various business and corporate units, as well as the correct execution of these payments.This position is at the final stage of the Purchase to Pay process, which involves managing urgencies at times and continuously collaborating with other areas of the company and various banking entities, resolving incidents efficiently.Functions and Responsibilities:Review and analysis of banking commissions.Processing of banking justifications.Accounting reconciliation of payments.Control of communications with banks, receipt of account statements, and management of files sent and received from entities.Conduct operational controls to ensure the correct execution of the process.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.Knowledge in financial management, accounting, and taxation.Familiarity with SAP FI (user level).Minimum English level B2.Availability to work in American time zones and calendar.Competencies and Skills:Organized and systematic individual.Able to manage intense work peaks.Teamwork capability and multitasking skills.Other Valued Aspects:Experience in Management Control, Purchases, and/or Accounting.Banking experience is a plus.Proficiency in office tools.Required Skills:Bookkeeping, Financial Management, Multitasking, Organizing, TeamworkJob Posting End Date:30-09-2024 #J-18808-Ljbffr
