SCIB is looking for a Business Developer, based in our Spanish office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Support the definition and execution of the Banking & Corporate Finance strategy, being a key point of contact with other areas of CIB.Contribute to set the strategic agenda of the division by preparing materials for the Head of Banking & Corporate Finance; and delivering the underlying strategic projects.Execute the strategic planning processes for Banking & Corporate Finance.Monitor budget achievement at corporate finance and country level.Analyze industry data and trends to provide insights and support to management and industry groups.Provide support on monthly reporting and analysis of financials and deal pipeline.Close collaboration and engagement with Senior Management on global initiatives.Provide support to Global Head of Banking & Corporate Finance for his managing role, senior management presentations, and meetings.Ensure the appropriate execution of internal governance procedures.Enhance digitalization and data quality efficiencies of deal workflow by improving and connecting internal CRM tools.EXPERIENCE - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Banking, Strategy Consulting, or comparable job.
EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering with strong academic performance.
- Master's degree in Finance desirable.
- CFA Charterholder is a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Autonomy and ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.Ability to manage several assignments simultaneously and to assign priorities under challenging timetables and short deadlines.Professional maturity, commitment, rigorous, and detail-oriented.Proficient in using Microsoft Office with a strong focus on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.Fluency in Spanish and English is required (ability to interact with global stakeholders on a recurrent basis).
Other languages are a plus.Other information - European Passport / EU work permit holder.
