Bank Transfer Data Analyst

Your responsibilities will include the following:Build the data analyst reports using tools such as Excel (Power Query) or Power BI.Contact agents based on a report listing who are doing repeated wire transfers onto Ria settlement accounts.Request trustworthy proof of the originating bank account of the agent, including information of account holder and IBAN.Reconcile account holder name with agent name in Ria database.If names differ, report the agent to Compliance.If names are identical, reconcile IBAN with information in FXClient database or add IBAN as a new legitimate account.Inform agents about the benefits of ACH/Direct Debit and how it works.If the agent accepts ACH as a settlement method, send the ACH mandate and assist in completing the forms.Conduct follow-up calls on ACH conversion.Control if agents have converted to Bank of America.Conduct follow-up calls for Bank of America conversion.Assist departments within the Finance Ops division with various data analysis and projects.Qualifications for Internal Candidates:Minimum A-level education; a degree in a financialdiscipline is an advantage.1-2 years of work experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English; an additional language would be a plus.Team player.Detail-oriented and accurate.Ability to be flexible and adaptable when working in a fast-paced, often pressurized environment.Intermediate level of Excel (Power Query) and/or Power BI is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
