This bank role would be ideally suited to you if you have spare time in your week to cover shifts, sometimes at short notice.
Your purpose is to provide ad-hoc housing-related support to vulnerable people who live on our schemes.
Being a bank independent living scheme officer is a challenging but hugely rewarding role, empowering our customers to thrive in their homes.
You'll have regular customer contact, complete annual independent living reviews, manage communal repairs, and be responsible for HS checks on site.
The right person will be compassionate and patient and have a real understanding of the needs of older people.
You will need to be visible to customers, visiting sites regularly, so the role will require a good amount of travelling.
You will develop relationships, be that essential point of contact for our older residents, and make a difference.
This role is available as a zero-hour contract, supporting our schemes across Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas.
An enhanced DBS check is required, as well as a full UK driving licence, as you may need to support other schemes from time to time.
