This bank role would be ideally suited to you if you have spare time in your week to cover shifts, sometimes at short notice. Your purpose is to provide ad-hoc housing-related support to vulnerable people who live on our schemes.
Being a bank independent living scheme officer is a challenging but hugely rewarding role, empowering our customers to thrive in their homes. You'll have regular customer contact, complete annual independent living reviews, manage communal repairs, and be responsible for H&S checks on site.
The right person will be compassionate and patient and have a real understanding of the needs of older people. You will need to be visible to customers, visiting sites regularly, so the role will require a good amount of travelling. You will develop relationships, be that essential point of contact for our older residents, and make a difference.
This role is available as a zero-hour contract, supporting our schemes across Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas. An enhanced DBS check is required, as well as a full UK driving licence, as you may need to support other schemes from time to time.
