Your purpose is to provide ad-hoc housing-related support to vulnerable people who live on our schemes.Being a bank independent living scheme officer is a challenging but hugely rewarding role empowering our customers to thrive in their homes. You'll have regular customer contact, complete annual independent living reviews, manage communal repairs and be responsible for H&S checks on site.The right person will be compassionate and patient and have a real understanding for the needs of older people. You will need to be visible to customers, visiting sites regularly, so the role will require a good amount of travelling. You will develop relationships, be that essential point of contact for our older residents and make a difference.This role is available as a zero hour contract, supporting our schemes across Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas.
