You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing projects that engage audiences and deliver results.Key responsibilities Client Relationship Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.* Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the agency delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Project Management * Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing projects, with a big focus on social media campaigns.* Oversee end-to-end project management, including briefing, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless delivery.* Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences.* Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Social Media Expertise * Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance across key platforms.* Keep abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media, ensuring clients remain at the forefront of digital innovation.* Work with influencers and content creators to amplify client campaigns and drive authentic engagement. Communication and Presentation * Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.* Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign results in a compelling manner. Reporting & Performance Analysis * Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.* Use insights and data to make recommendations for optimizing future campaigns and driving continuous improvement. Collaboration & Team Leadership * Work closely with account directors, creative teams, and strategy to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account team members, helping them grow and develop their skills
