Backend Engineer

Salary range: ˜ 100 – 120K€ (salary+equity)
About the company You will be working for a tech company dedicated to creating foundational tools for the blockchain sector, enabling projects to attract new users and explore new monetization avenues.

Mission: As a Backend your role will be pivotal in:
Infrastructure/cloud engineering and backend development, handling a substantial number of API requests each month.
Collaborating closely with our team to influence key architectural decisions, refine the product roadmap, take ownership of product decisions, and design and build our core technology platform.
Developing well-documented, efficient and clean code to create a robust software.
What we are looking for: Over 4 years of backend/devops engineering experience.
Extensive experience with TypeScript and databases.
Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure on GCP, virtual machines, CI/CD pipelines, RPC, and nodes.
Ability to design, build, and implement our technology roadmap, evolving from early-stage prototypes to robust and scalable production backend services.
Experience with web3 technologies and protocols, focusing on secure connections and efficient data flow.

About you: You're passionate about type systems and have extensive experience with TS.
You are driven by a passion for developing tools that enhance the developer experience.
You are willing to work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deploy innovative solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and the company's overall strategy.
You can adapt to the changing needs of the business and market trends.
You have effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
Nice to have : Experience working with languages like Rust, C++ or C#.
You are enthusiastic about crafting clean, efficient software and have a track record of engaging in side projects.
