Job Opportunity: Administrative Support - German Market Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the German-Austrian insurance market ?
We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to manage and control the processes related to insurance subscriptions and customer relations.
If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in German , we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities Admin Support : Assist with the management and control of the subscription and payment processes for insurance in the German and Austrian market.
File Management : Receive and upload subscription files into the system and update insured clients' database .
Client Communication : Manage customer communications, such as sending welcome packs and automated letters .
Payments and Collections : Generate payment files and handle collections results .
Settlement with Companies : Prepare settlement reports and perform account reconciliation .
Issue Resolution : Analyze and resolve incidents related to file uploads.
Reporting : Create and analyze reports for the company and program participants.
Process Monitoring : Control and monitor business processes.
Supplier Relations : Coordinate with service providers .
Call Center & Cancellations Support : Advise and assist with ongoing processes related to customer queries and cancellations.
System Updates : Regularly update information in the company's systems.
Cancellation Management : Handle cancellation requests.
Team Support : Assist with onboarding new team members, training, and collaborating on other projects.
Improvement Suggestions : Propose improvements for both clients and internal processes.
Who We Are Looking For Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Economics , or similar, or a Higher Technical Degree in administration or related fields.
Languages : German – Native/Bilingual level (a must) or English or Spanish – Fluent Skills : Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (professional level), including: Simple tables, row/column insertion, and formatting Quick analysis tools (e.g., Sum, Average) VLOOKUP , IF , IFERROR functions Pivot tables and advanced formula combination (medium-advanced) Keyboard shortcuts (e.g., CTRLC , CTRLV ) Conditional formatting Experience : 2-3 years of administrative management experience.
Knowledge of the financial/insurance sector is highly valued.
