With more than 25 years in the market and creators of "The first washable rug in the world", Lorena Canals seek to incorporate a Back Office profile into our team, located in our offices in Sant Just Desvern.RESPONSABILITIESThe Back Office department was created to support the International Front Office in B2B sales.The ideal candidate will manage orders across various platforms comprehensively.Key responsibilities include:Handling orders through the Shopify digital platform, executing their launch, and tracking the registration and invoicing process.Managing multiple platforms, providing support and assistance to customers in their usage, focusing on resolving issues, managing back-orders, and supporting commercial sales.
