Permanent Full Time Function: Operations
The Role:
The Back-office administrator, as part of the Global operations team based in Madrid, is responsible for managing all administrative tasks needed to support the different reporting blocks inside the A&M and O&M teams, within the Operations department. The role supports a range of administrative activities which include: Creation of invoicing orders via SAP tool Cash flow management support Managing electronic records and signatures Completing documents and retrieving key documents and electronic data Uploading electronic files Digitalization of documents and leading the interaction with the Office manager in Madrid office. The Back-office administrator is responsible and accountable for ensuring the invoicing process requirements are met, ensuring all invoices are fully paid both internally and with respect to third parties. Additionally, the Back Office Administrator ensures, through full coordination with the finance team, the accurate and on-time payments to suppliers, landowners, authorities, and other payees. Provides support to the Operations team during the integration of new assets, portfolios, financings, and corporate reorganizations to assure administrative compliance. Scans documents into electronic format following our protocols. Desirable skills:
Experience in administrative support, preferably in the energy sector, with demonstrated experience in working with Asset management documentation, document filing, and invoicing/SAP management. Strong analytical, critical, and structured thinking skills with excellent attention to detail. Good relationship builder with an open and honest style and excellent communication skills. Self-starter who thrives on a challenge. Fluent in English in addition to Spanish. Please submit your CV in English.
