For the Eviden R&D department located in Spain, we are looking for a Software Engineer dedicated, pro-active and experienced back-end developer to join our Team.
The position involves taking responsibility over the implementation and testing (among other software lifecycle development activities) of security solutions based on self-sovereign identity, towards integration with identity and access management product through proofs of concept.
Basic required skills:2+ years professional expertise with implementation, testing and integration of back-end solutions with Kotlin, Java, Microservices and REST APIs, Swagger.Experience in Agile software development lifecycles (e.g. Scrum) with capability to participate in user stories definition, components design and development, and testing/deployment of systems.Good experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development tools for automated testing and deployment pipelines (including Docker). Preferred experience with Github.Fluent spoken and written English.Self-starter, proactive and autonomous character.Good skills for team-work and well-disposed to learn new technical concepts and techniques.Other valuable skills:Ability to quickly adapt and learn new development frameworks and capability to switch to other implementation languages.Preferred experience with: OpenID protocols, Spring/Spring Boot and cryptographic libraries.Experience with digital identities, in particular Self-Sovereign Identity (e.g. Hyperledger Aries/Indy, IOTA…) and federated/mobile identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, FIDO…), PKI certificates (for identity, secure internet protocols, electronic signature).Some experience with Kubernetes, Sonarqube, Jenkins, Rancher…Past involvement or context awareness in research or innovation activities (Horizon Europe / H2020 / FP7 or others).Location• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and base in Spain mandatory.
