An ambitious forward-thinking Swiss Dermatology company has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Medical Representative to be based in Madrid.
Stratpharma has, over the past 5 years, experienced tremendous growth in the European market and is keen to strengthen their team in Spain to further this success.
An ambitious company with impressive year-on-year growth, Stratpharma currently has 8 products on the market and has 5 more in development which will be released soon, adding to an already strong portfolio.
The Senior Medical Representative is responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area and working with the Country Manager in managing & developing Stratpharma's sales team throughout Spain.
This position will serve as our second-in-command in Spain.
The successful candidate shall promote breakthrough wound care, gynecology, radiotherapy, and dermatology products that launched into the Spanish market several years ago.
Tasks: Achieving and exceeding their individual territory business and revenue goalsProviding education and training to account staffPreparing and presenting business proposals including account metrics and benchmark informationIdentifying key customers and thought leaders within the territoryEffectively and judiciously deploying the necessary resources to yield the greatest business impactDeveloping thorough account plans for all strategic customersManaging territory budgetProviding input to the Country Manager on strategy for the Spanish marketAssisting in managing Medical Representatives Sales Acumen: Executing Sales Process effectivelyDelivering sales message/presentation in an organized and effective mannerDemonstrating exceptional product and competitive knowledge and using it effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations Organization/Time Management: Independently planning territory routing to consistently achieve territory account coverageSubmitting all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans accurately and in a timely mannerPrioritizing daily tactics based on greatest business impact Customer Relations: Demonstrating a customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills, and sales processUncovering the customer's needs and providing the appropriate information, resources, and message to deliver maximum valueLeveraging knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the plastic surgery communityDeveloping and building long-term strategic business relationships with core customers Requirements: 5+ years' current medical promotion experience within Gynecology, Radiotherapy, Wound Care, or Dermatology advantageousExperience of promoting OTC products and visiting pharmaciesCall points are Pharmacies and Medical professionalsSales experience within prescription devices or drugs advantageousMust have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skillsAble to work independentlyDocumented medical promotion successEnglish advantageousUniversity degree Benefits:
