Your responsibilities and impact as B2B Technical Support Agent will be: Resolving any IT-related issues of your partners (B2B) that could occur during their office day. Supporting customers via different tools, email, and phone. Documenting calls on the ticketing tool. Escalating problems to the different respective teams. Maintaining and improving the customer satisfaction level. Communicating with your direct teammates and different departments. Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You speak Dutch and English fluently. You are interested in learning more about IT. You display analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities. You possess outstanding communication skills and the mindset of a team player. You are reliable, punctual and looking for a long-term employer. You are in possession of a passport (if you don't have the NIE and SSN already). Able to start on the 12th of September. Can't take any holidays in the first 6 months. What's in it for you: 20,535 euros gross/year. 39 hrs/week (from Monday to Saturday, rotative shifts 6 am/11 pm). Working 4 days a week, 9h45 a day. Sometimes even up to 5 days in a row off. 95% remote, 1 day per month in the office (need to live on the mainland, around 100 km away from Barcelona). An indefinite contract.
