The Role
At TalentWorldGroup, we are a revolutionary multilingual Contact Center dedicated to reinventing home-based professional working and creating the workplace of the future!
We are urgently seeking a Catalan Spanish-speaking talent with experience in lead generation and/or B2B sales to join our Talent Pool. We have an immediate opportunity to be part of an exciting ongoing project in the hospitality industry, where your role will involve contacting both hot and cold leads through B2B outbound calls to homeowners.
Working Hours and Availability:
23 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Choose between the following availability options:
2 mornings and 3 afternoons
3 mornings and 2 afternoons
Morning shifts: 10:00 - 14:00 CET
Afternoon shifts: 15:30 - 20:00 CET
Ideal Profile
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calls/lead generation within contact centers or other sales roles.
Strong computer skills.
Native Catalan Spanish speaker and advanced English (both oral and written).
Excellent communication skills.
College or University Degree is an advantage (but not mandatory).
A results-driven attitude, thriving in goal-oriented environments.
