Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a B2B E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and developing a top-performing B2B platform that can drive business smoothly between Samsøe Samsøe and its partners. The position entails managing the relations with various stakeholders as well as working across different internal departments to ensure a spotless experience for our clients. The B2B platform is the most valued wholesale work-tool and is used to inspire customers to improve their assortment, sell-through, overall performance, and relation with Samsøe Samsøe. The responsibility and success criteria are anchored in the center of the sales team, securing a strong business unit with high consistency and speed with its own budget and business plan to operate.Responsibilities Planning and developing the customer experience and performance on the B2B platformDaily maintenance of the B2B platform to secure novelty and availabilityCreate turnover goals and reporting (Net Sales & Gross Margin %)Onboarding of team members to the B2B and education on organizationIncrease amount of users via strategic implementation creating value for partnersSales optimization – leveraging analytics tools to provide an in-depth overview of traffic and conversion rateGenerate content and actions together with the marketing team and plan and send out B2B newsletters on a weekly basisTraining of the sales team and all relevant parties who are using the platform as a work toolMake sure product data and imagery is constantly updatedCommunicate sustainable brand values, collaborations, and international initiatives through the B2B platformControl visuals are aligned with the brand imageYour Profile General experience with E-Commerce is preferredExperience from working with B2B platforms like NuOrder, Joor, or ShopifyResult and execution driven with experience in BI Reporting and analyticsA strong communicator eager to engage with the culture within the Samsøe Samsøe sales organizationSelf-starter and structured with the ability to thrive under pressure in an entrepreneurial environmentPersistent and independentPassion for apparel/clothing and customers' shopping behaviorBoth written and spoken proficiency in English is a requirement for the roleTechnical understanding and understanding of integrationsExperience working with ERP systems such as Business Central, NAV, or otherSkills in project management and stakeholder management are a plusWe Offer An interesting and challenging position in the center of the organizationAn exciting, busy, and creative workplace with a strong and supportive team of colleaguesA job with many possibilities and opportunities for personal developmentWorking for Samsøe Samsøe, you will work in a powerful and young company adapting digital technology into a future way of workingThe position is full-time and is based at the Head Office in Copenhagen.
