Tasks: Prospect the market assisted by the BDR team.Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service to the accounts assigned.Perform back-office tasks, such as sales forecasting, sales reports, logging activities on CRM, and controlling invoices.Monitor and control several concurrent tasks in tandem.Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development.Host and/or attend events in the country when needed.Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals. Initially reporting to the Global Head of B2B Sales, the Account Manager (AM) will pursue sales to organizations in the assigned territory and manage a portfolio of accounts.
The AM oversees prospecting the DACH/Italian/French markets, working closely with the Business Development Reps (BDRs) and the Market Researchers.
The AM should be knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
The AM will also manage all issues with billing and invoices, changes to the programs, and manage every situation that occurs before, during, and after the sale.
The AM provides a personalized experience to the customers and develops expertise in understanding their account-specific needs.
