Amazon is seeking a Procurement Product Manager, Business Intelligence to join the Global Procurement Excellence (GPE), Business Intelligence (BI) team.GPE is part of the Global Procurement Organization (GPO).
It is the single channel for Amazon globally that creates, delivers and maintains core procurement capabilities while executing best-in-class S2P policies, processes and digital solutions.
The pillar drives efficiency, control compliance and delivers a user and supplier centric procurement experience consistently across teams, businesses and regions.
BI enables metric-driven capabilities for the Procurement leaders through secure, performant, scalable sustainable reporting analysis products.

Drive the creation of product strategy documents.
Own the discussion with senior leadership.Own the discussions on dependencies with tech and non-tech stakeholders.Develop and maintain the BI Product development plan.
Facilitate planning sessions.
Develop change management plans for projects, change initiatives and deployment activities.Controlling the health of the BI product inventory (e.g.
usage, adoption, NPS score) and audit new releases (ensure that meet the product launch standards like documentation, training videos, Integrated NPS survey).
Owning the quarterly keep/deprecate session where we evaluate whether we keep or deprecate existing product features.Own the product socialization and adoption strategy through intensive interactions with customers (e.g.
trainings, show tell sessions, onboarding material).Own the product satisfaction strategy.
Host survey events and understand key drivers of behavior.
Control SIM traffic that can lead to customer dissatisfaction.Own BI product discussions.
