Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG Division is looking for a Product Marketing Manager ESG to realize the vision to build an end-to-end offering that helps enterprise customers collect, report, audit, and drive performance management on their ESG data. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for creating market readiness and engagement strategies that accelerate the ESG solution's growth. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Sales, Support, Account Management, and Marketing teams across all four business units (CCH Tagetik, Enablon, TeamMate, FRR) to ensure that clients and prospects understand the value of the product for adoption and engagement. This role can be based in one of our offices in Spain, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or the UK.
Responsibilities: Market Intelligence: Understand and analyze ESG market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to inform product development and marketing strategies.Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our ESG products in the market.Content Creation: Create and manage a variety of content (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to enterprise businesses.Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and materials to sell our ESG products effectively. This includes training sessions, product collateral, and custom sales strategies.Partner Enablement: Support the partner ecosystem with the necessary tools and materials to sell our ESG products effectively.Campaign Enablement: Collaborate to plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption. This could include digital campaigns, events, webinars, and partnerships.Competitive Insight: Capture competitive intelligence and apply your knowledge to differentiate the solution and/or its messaging in the market.Analyst Support: Create differentiated messaging & materials for analyst briefings, inquiries, and RFPs.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management, sales, corporate social responsibility) and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, industry experts) to maximize ESG product impact.Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, gain insight, and assess against goals. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. At least 5 years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle. Strong understanding of ESG processes and their application in business.
