What You'll Do:
As Account Strategist for Eastern Europe, you will be working with top agencies on the market from the contract to implementation, optimizing our ad campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling post-sale communications with our partner agencies together with the Agency Sales Manager. This is a very important role to maximize Criteo's business at a regional level.
Persistence, professionalism, and passion are prerequisites for this role, as well as the ability to develop deep client relationships based on trust and credibility with senior leaders in our existing portfolio across various industries (Retail, Travel, E-Commerce, Telecom, Automotive, Finance). Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
Grow Criteo's revenue share from existing clients from Big6 agencies and independent ones.Organize regular meetings and agency roadshows.Effectively manage relationships with agencies to strengthen the partnership.Drive regular meetings at different levels in the agency's organization.Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of agencies.Ownership of contact, event, and deal information for all client portfolios within the agency.Optimize accounts towards improved performance for clients.Upsell and cross-sell Criteo solutions.Work with internal teams to provide the best outcomes.Work closely with the sales manager to spot new opportunities.Proactively identify and suggest new processes to enhance Criteo's service and encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo's products and services. Who You Are: Polish speaker.Sales experience, with a track record of sales achievement.Experience working in or with agencies.Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role.Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising, advertising technology market, and agency landscape.Strong analytical and Excel skills, with past management reporting experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
