Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two-year program designed to grow your impact in the world while developing professionally and personally.
Our Graduate Expert program serves as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as an Industrial Graduate Expert.
Responsibilities : Acquire the necessary knowledge in the industrial management of Natur, to be part of the Natur Area Industrial team, through the Industrial Facilities Competence Centers or Production Competence Centers.
Support projects in the technical area: Production and Industrial Facilities.
Participate in the deployment of projects and tools that result in the continuous improvement of production, maintenance, and industrial safety management systems.
Support the extension of industrial procedures and culture to any new facility to be integrated into Natur.
Collaborate in the development of the Natur security culture.
Requirements : Academic Qualification: Just graduated in Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Maximum of two years working experience since graduation in a similar role.
International experience (Erasmus, etc.)
is a plus.
High written and spoken English (B2).
