And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.Responsibilities:Your role as Coordinator will involve:Coordination and operations of commercial events both in-person and online.Management of internal team communication website.Administration and reporting of the department's expenses and invoices.Attendance and participation in commercial events in-person and online.You will be part of an exciting team actively participating and taking the lead of transversal projects.Build relationships and communicate efficiently with all commercial teams and relevant teams across IE.Deliver high-quality candidate experiences throughout the sales process/customer journey.Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics.Expertise in sales innovation tools (Power BI, CRM, Hubspot…)Assist in preparation of marketing materials.Support teammates as necessary to build a team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to an innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience, and outstanding reputation of IE programs.Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:Highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic person, willing to learn and take on new challengesBachelor´s DegreeFluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)In possession of a valid work permit for SpainExperience in the Education industry is preferredPrevious experience coordinating projects or events is preferredPeople-driven, with a customer-centric approachAbility to work under pressure, in international and diverse environmentsSales-oriented profileHighly proactiveExcellent communication skillsIt's time to bring your best and make your mark.
