The Hotel
Renowned Parisian designers Gilles & Boissier have created a sophisticated residential design for the 100 rooms and 53 suites, including several one-of-a-kind specialty suites, featuring unique design elements inspired by the hotel's historic connections to the city, Spanish culture and art.
With a stunning and meticulous restoration that celebrates César Ritz's pioneering spirit, a prestigious central location, five restaurants and bars overseen by one of Spain's most celebrated chefs and exceptional leisure and wellness facilities, Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is set to become the city's most luxurious hotel.

Responsibilities Direct all F&B outlets to achieve departmental/divisional goals.Drive revenues and profitability of the division.Review financial performance in all outlets on an ongoing basis.Review guest surveys, satisfaction, and be the point of contact for VIPs of the hotel and/or restaurant.Build strong customer relationships (both colleagues and guests) and deliver customer-centric solutions.Administrative duties include but are not limited to scheduling staff, payroll, implementing F&B activations, and marketing initiatives.Promote and represent the company in every moment.Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others (especially other departments/divisions) to meet shared objectives. Requirements Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is preferred.Previous experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is preferred; previous experience as Restaurant Manager in a luxury/high-end hotel and/or restaurant is required.A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Five Star Hotel is required.Computer skills including MS Office are required.Ability to understand effective approaches of communication with different individuals.Good command of Spanish & English; other languages are a plus.
