You'll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work:
Becoming our new Technical Support Engineer responsible for Southern Europe and MEA, you will be working with cutting-edge technology daily and become a part of our great team! This is an onsite position, and you will work out of our office in Barcelona. Additionally, you will have 80 days of travel activity per year.
Your tasks and responsibilities include: Daily level 1 support for troubleshooting both on hardware and software related issuesDocument findings from the fieldSupport the technical communication teamConduct training activitiesActively participate in cross projects and knowledge transfer initiatives across functional teams where possibleMonitor support issues and maintain entries in TestRail/SalesForceCollaborate with R&D on the creation of test plans, testing of products, problem analysis/troubleshooting based on customer feedbackYou've got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics:
