Descripción Key Responsibilities: Being a Sage Analyst requires you to understand the product requirements to provide a complete solution that covers each of the possible scenarios with the characteristics of simplicity, ease of use and intuitiveness and always exceeds the expectations of our customers.
You will influence and collaborate with: Development Manager - for direction and escalation.
Architecture, Security & Design team - to ensure that it is possible to implement the proposed designs, standards and quality.
Product Owner - Follow and develop their requirements.
Testers - to ensure deliverables have been fully understood and tested.
Service Management/Customer Services - to provide technical support, as required, to assist with the prompt resolution of issues.
Key Skills: The successful applicant will have to design and document these functional requirements in detail.
The figure of the Functional Analyst is part of a motivated and collaborative team that will share their knowledge and experiences.
Essentials: Deeply Knowledge of an ERP: Sales/Purchase/Stocks/Taxes/Official books Knowledge in software patterns Analytical, synthesis, detail oriented capacities and problem solving.
Capacity for organization and anticipation.
Flexibility and proactivity.
Ability to function as a member of a team.
Oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in English Desirable: Knowledge of the S200(Murano) and SDC product.
Knowledge of specific taxes: Corporation, Income and VAT taxes and understand Legal documents (from Tax authorities) Knowledge of analysis methodologies: user stories, use cases SQL (ideally SQL Server and/or MySQL) Knowledge of analysis/requirements tools The ability to switch between technologies is essential, as is the ability to solve problems whilst working under pressure and to tight time scales.
Experience of Agile/SCRUM is also highly desirable.
