What You'll Do:Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client-focused strategies.Oversee service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.Prepare and deliver performance reports and insights to clients.Support and mentor the customer service team to achieve their targets. What We're Looking For:Fluency in French (spoken and written) and a good level of English.Proven experience in client service management or a similar role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
