We would like to hire a pre-sales architect (market maker) with a clear commercial focus to help identify, qualify, develop high-level solutions and close the sales of opportunities for Capgemini's Data Analytics (Insights & Data) business unit.
What will be your functions?Your work will be to identify business opportunities around the Insights & Data offering, i.e., around Data Visualisation, traditional BI, Big Data, Data Governance and Data Quality, AI and Generative AI solutions.You will need to understand how technology can solve and improve the client's business, design high-level solutions together with the business unit, lead and participate in the preparation of proposals for collaboration with clients and in their defense.Together with the Account Executive, you will set out the commercial strategy to win proposals.You will liaise with the business unit team, indicating progress at the various customer sites and seeking support from the technical team to provide a more detailed solution on those more mature opportunities where a more specialized team will be required to respond to the client.Form proposal team and lead the preparation of proposals.Prepare commercial events.Ensure offerings are aligned with the business unit's portfolio and capabilities.Identify previous success stories that can be applied to customer needs.To be able to perform fluently in the role, it would be important to have the following characteristics:Demonstrated experience of more than 10 years in BI, Big Data / Advanced Analytics projects in the process of definition, development and implementation in production.Extensive knowledge of BI, Big Data and Machine Learning / Deep Learning architectures.General multi-sector and in-depth knowledge of, at least one of the following sectors (Banking, Insurance, Aero, Energy).Used to speak and create intimacy with different CxO level.Knowledge of market solutions applied to BI / Big Data / Advanced Analytics.Interpersonal skills and communication skills, presentation and public speaking skills.Financial knowledge of consultancy proposals (revenue, direct costs, indirect costs, contribution margin, net profit).Negotiation skills.Advanced English.Collaboration is key in the development of new ideas, new solutions, professional and personal growth, and that's why for us, teamwork and a good atmosphere are vital.
