You will be part of a Best Place to Work (2018, 2019, 2021, 2023).What will my functions be?Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager and according to established procedures.Maintain accrued records and documentation.General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger (using Microsoft ERP Business Central).Perform monthly reconciliations of key accounts.Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and track bank transactions.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and payments. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements.Annual Accounts and Official Ledgers: Assist in the preparation of official ledgers.Assist in Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing documentation for tax returns. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.RequisitosWhat should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?Bachelor degree in Accounting or related.Postgraduate studies in Accounting or Tax would be great.Fluent English.Proficient in Excel.Knowledge of Microsoft ERP Business Central makes adaptation easier.Excellent organisational skills and good ability to adapt to a multitask environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proven experience of 1-2 years.You are used to working in an international environment or would like to explore it.Experience working in Brazil would be great as you will be working for the Brazilian market!
