We are looking for someone enthusiastic, people oriented, team player, results driven and with the willingness to grow with us.Main responsibilities Recruitment : Oversees the full cycle of talent attraction, from the detection of the need to the onboarding.Manages the recruitment processes within EMEA, being a key interlocutor between the countries and the providers.Provides full support in the recruitment and hiring process, fulfilling all operational requests.Onboarding & Offboarding : Makes sure all required steps are fulfilled to ensure newcomers have a smooth welcome.Keeps track of onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure they are correctly covered.Communication & Engagement : Participates in the communication of Renishaw Values through different communication initiatives.Collaborates in the creation of the HR Newsletter.Keeps track of newcomers and employees' anniversaries.Provides support and implements actions oriented to engagement across teams in EMEA.Supports in the enhancement of the HR communications (related to Performance Review, D&I; and CSR initiatives, learning, etc.).HR Support : Undertakes HR administrative tasks related to compliance and labour legislation.Provides full support to managers and employees across EMEA regarding our HIRIS functions.Coordinates with the HIRIS team in the UK for the implementation of new functionalities across EMEA.Gives support in key areas such as Succession Plan and Career Path.Identifies HR processes that can be upgraded or automated.Monitors the implementation of projects such as Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion among others.Supports in analyzing data from reports and surveys.Requirements University degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations or similar.Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.Functional knowledge in general HR competencies and processes such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, learning & development, and awareness of regional legislation
