JOB SUMMARY Supports the overall management of the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards. This role works closely with the General Manager Restaurant & Bar to develop a passionate team, foster a culture of continuous training, and assist in day-to-day operations. The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in overseeing service delivery, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of food and beverage operations, contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and ExperienceDegree in Hospitality, Business Administration or similar careers.
At least 4 years of experience in similar positions, with exposure to high scale environments.
English and Spanish are required at level B2 as minimum. Additional languages are valued.
