Project Assistant and Change InternYour Job:
Create status update data, newsletters, presentations, updates & SharePoint SitesSchedule, arrange and organize meetings, appointments (cross-country)Document and file meeting minutes; monitor and track open action items and timely delivery thereofInternal communication within the project and across the global organizationResearch, gathering and preparation of informationYour Profile:
Education: Student of Business Administration, Project Management, IT, marketing, or communicationsWork Experience: preferably 1y+ in project management or communicationKnowledge: project management basics at least, experience in D365 is an advantageCompetencies: Fluency in English, Office 365 (incl. SharePoint & Teams) appreciatedSoft Skills: Teamwork, strong communication skills, reliabilityAgencies only by prior agreement for the specific job opportunity.
