What You Will Do in This Role: Aligned with Brown-Forman long-term brand building and profit growth strategies, this position seeks to optimize the route to new and existing shoppers/consumers in the On-Trade holistically. It will indirectly connect with shoppers/consumers by optimizing the customer, channel, and POS approach in the On-Trade business.What You Can Expect:Collaborate in the annual setup of the On-Trade strategy, in collaboration with Trade Marketing On Trade Specialist, Marketing Brand team, and Sales.Collaborate in the annual setup of the On-Trade plan (Developing, execution, evaluation, and reporting), according to the strategy and deployment of all activities.Collaborate in the design activation plan.Quota allocation among regions and customers.Implementation control.Tracking (Regularly provides reports on promotion efficiency and progress to plan status).Coordinates external agencies on projects.Collaborates with Purchasing Department on POSM development & optimal warehousing.Collaborates on budget follow-up.Coordinates all the POSM deliveries within Trade Marketing Team.Collaborate in annual setup and tracking of A&P budget of the On Trade annual plan.Budgets, PO's, and invoices management with suppliers.Aligns with Finance on correct accounting A&P budget management.Participates in regional Salesforce & selected brand meetings and keeps in close contact with the Brand Developers Team.What You Bring to the Table:Bachelor's Degree or trained On-Trade category, store manager.At least 6 months or a year work experience with Trade Marketing or marketing.Sales or Trade Marketing Experience.Conceptual skills.Fluent Spanish speaking and writing is mandatory.Good English speaking and writing.Good analytical skills.Time management.Analytical and planning skills.Team working skills.Listening.Presentations.IT literate.Constantly Challenging.Dedicated to pursuit of excellence.Entrepreneurial spirited.Sociable.Respectful and inclusive.Strategy Execution.Interpersonal communication.Teamwork.Problem Solving.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.#LI-RP1Importante: Imprescindible poder hacer un contrato en practicas: Tener un título universitario, de formación profesional o de grado medio o superior, un certificado de profesionalidad o estudios equivalentes.
