About Us Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruit top talent and achieve the team's hiring goals.Drive effective recruiting strategies with in-depth analysis of recruitment status.Operate existing recruiting channels and pioneer new channels including local job boards, networking, referral program, and research.Optimize recruitment process in real time and establish recruiting standards by communicating with HR team and hiring managers at Tridge HQ.Requirements: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a multinational agency or a global corporate setting with exposure to fast-paced environments.Global recruitment experience in Europe.Native verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with every layer of individuals from junior to senior.Understand the business model and the vision of Tridge.Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.Has goal-oriented, success-oriented personality.Has passion in recruitment and building a career in a global environment.Preferred Qualifications: Spoken and written Spanish or Korean skill of business level or higher is a Plus.Has working/recruiting experience in the Food/Agriculture/Trading Industry.Has a degree related to Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.Strong knowledge of a web-based ATS, preferably Greenhouse.Excellent MS Office / Google Docs skills.Experience in using Greenhouse (ATS) is a definite plus.Working at Tridge provides the following Extra Benefits: Work from Home: You will be engaging directly with suppliers and buyers.
